Jessica Key, REALTOR® Texas girl, almost local, I was born and raised in Stephenville. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art with secondary certification in Art Education. I then moved to SW Ft Worth where I spent 11 years as a High School art teacher in Burleson ISD. I had family on Lake Granbury and my husband, and I found ourselves driving there a lot on the weekends. So before long we decided we should live in Granbury too. Granbury has the small town feel but also has many activities to keep you busy with easy access back to the metroplex. I began my career in real estate with Keller Williams Realty in 2016. It was then that I found out my strengths in organization, patience and creativity would come in very handy from start to finish in real estate. I really enjoy the marketing aspect as well as the details of a contract. I now get to help adults go through one of the biggest financial investments of their life. Before joining 321 Real Estate Group, I worked as an independent agent helping clients buy and sell and also ran a successful transaction coordinating business where some of the top agents in our industry leveraged 100’s of real estate transactions to me for processing. In that time, I gained a vast knowledge of real estate and take pride in doing what is ethical, and going above and beyond to make our clients experience a positive one. Sarah Byram, REALTOR® Although not originally from Texas, I have lived here most of my life with the majority being in Granbury, which is where I currently live. After attending culinary school, working in the food and beverage industry for quite a few years, and spending 9 years as an Assistant Innkeeper and Office Manager for a successful Bed and Breakfast in Granbury, I joined the real estate world at Keller Williams Realty in January of 2019. I bring to the team my knowledge and experience from years in the Restaurant and Hospitality industries, as well as office and bookkeeping experience. I also earned my Real Estate License in April of 2019. I enjoy taking care of clients, working with vendors, making sure our database is up to date, keeping the books, tracking our numbers, and when not at work I love spending time with my kids, family and friends. The combination of these skills are what make me a great fit as the Licensed Administrative Assistant and Client Care coordinator for 321 Real Estate Group.
