When selling my home Kacey valued it about 20 thousand dollars higher than we thought it was worth. She said in the neighborhood it would sell quickly at that price. When buying my new house she got us in to see the one we wanted in under 2 hours and set up our 2nd viewing in under an hour. Very quick response to our requests. When it came time to close it was discovered the seller had not used insurance money for a new roof which it was intended for. Seller tried to break agreement but Kacey found him to be in breach of contract and forced them to put a new roof on house before closing and had it paid for from closing money so we the buyer could not get stuck with the bill. She knows all the ins and outs and gets the job done quickly and accurately. She seems very nice and easy going which she is …. until someone tries to put one over on her such as our seller did. At that point she can become quite aggressive and armed with her knowledge will not let anyone take advantage of her clients.
